Thomas Bevilacqua is a Visiting Lecturer in the English Department at Florida State University.
Thomas received his Ph.D. in English from Florida State University in 2018. He earned his BA in English from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008 and his MA in English from Wake Forest University in 2010.
Thomas’ research and teaching interests include Catholicism and twentieth-century literature, mid twentieth-century American literature and culture, Mad Men and its relationship to American literature, and Ernest Hemingway.
He has presented his work at conferences hosted by organizations such as the Ernest Hemingway Society, the Philip Roth Society, the F. Scott Fitzgerald Society, the American Literature Association, the South Atlantic Modern Language Association (SAMLA), the Northeast Modern Language Association (NeMLA), and the Southwest Popular Culture Association/American Culture Association.
Thomas also writes about basketball for Golden State of Mind, the Golden State Warriors blog on SB Nation and is the author of Golden Age: The Brilliance of the 2018 Champion Golden State Warriors, available from Triumph Books.
