Thomas Bevilacqua is a teacher and writer living in Tallahassee, Florida. He currently works at The Maclay School, teaching high school English. He also worked as a Visiting Lecturer in the English Department at Florida State University from 2018 to 2020.

Thomas received his Ph.D. in English from Florida State University in 2018. He earned his BA in English from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008 and his MA in English from Wake Forest University in 2010.

He has presented his work at conferences hosted by organizations such as the Ernest Hemingway Society, the Philip Roth Society, the F. Scott Fitzgerald Society, the American Literature Association, and the South Atlantic Modern Language Association (SAMLA).

Thomas is the author (with Robert K. Elder) of Mythbusting Hemingway: Debunking Hemingway Myths and Celebrating the Extraordinary Stories of His Life, available from Globe Pequot / Lyons Press, and Golden Age: The Brilliance of the 2018 Champion Golden State Warriors, available from Triumph Books.
